Damian Crotty : Damian is the CEO of VIFX Asia Pacific and Japan. Damian leads the Management, Strategy, Operations, Financial, Sales, Services and Consulting functions across the VIFX APJ company.
Sal Fernando : Sal is the Vice President of VIFX’s Asia Pacific and Japan Storage practice. Sal oversees the consulting and professional services community and the development of VIFX’s Storage portfolio. Sal leads VIFX’s Storage Alliance partners across the APJ Region.
Ajoy Philip : Ajoy Philip is the Vice President of VIFX’s Asia Pacific and Japan, Strategy and Operations Group. Ajoy oversees the development of key strategic partnerships, the development of business management systems and the creation of strategy and analytical I.P for our Consulting groups.
Steve Faris : Steve Faris is the Vice President of VIFX’s Asia Pacific and Japan, Business Development Group. Steve oversees key strategic partner relationships in the Compute, I/O, Integration and Virtualization sectors where he is responsible for creating solutions alignment and business growth.
Justine La Ganza : Justine is the Director of VIFX’s PMO (Project Management Office). Justine is responsible for driving flawless project and delivery execution, optimizing scoping and proposal tools and systems and leading business improvement initiatives across VIFX’s operations.
Truman Crotty : Truman is the Director of VIFX’s PSO (Professional Services Office). Truman is responsible for the coordination, engagement and delivery of all VIFX technology and solution engagements in the APJ region. Truman governs and coordinate the companies engineering and consulting population.
Damian Crotty
Damian is responsible for the General Management and Expansion of VIFX's International business growth across the Asia Pacific and Japan markets through industry leading consulting and specialist service practices committed to Virtualization and Storage Technologies.
Prior to his current role, Damian was Vice President for Lenovo’s Relationship Business in Europe and also served as Vice president and Chief Operating Officer across Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2007 based in Paris.
Damian has extensive Enterprise Management experience having led Dell’s Enterprise Systems Group for Asia-Pacific and Japan from 2002 to 2007 in an Executive Director and General Manager capacity. During this period, Dell became one of the largest independent providers of Enterprise Systems across Asia with Revenues surpassing $2 Billion.
Damian led large Technology Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Operations teams across Asia with a singular commitment to delivering best in class business solutions for the client base which he served, that same commitment has intensified leading the VIFX operation across the Asia Region.
Damian specializes in Business strategy and transformation leveraging technology and operational innovation via his Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Management education to provide VIFX’s clients with unique, creative and outcome driven solutions. He’s values are deeply rooted in solving business problems through technology and is committed to delivering on the client and partner promise, every time.
Damian has completed Executive Management assignment across both Asia and Europe for the last 10 years including Singapore, Japan, Paris and London which provides him with a unique Global Management perspective ultimately benefitting VIFX clients on multi geo strategic engagements.
Damian is committed to building Asia’s largest, specialty Virtualization and Storage practice by hiring only the very best available talent in the market, personally owning every commitment made to VIFX’s Partners and Clients and ensuring that the VIFX Organization represents the “go to” team for large, complex and strategic business requirements in VIFX’s field of expertise across the Asia Pacific and Japan Region.”
